I was stoked with my window view although the window is too thick, if that makes sense. The window on the inside of the plane was too far from the window on the outside. It certinaly makes taking a nice wingview more difficult. The photo below might help.

I hate to say it but as much as I love Qantas so to speak I would fly Emirates anytime to New Zealand over Qantas given half the chance.

We flew them and what can I say wow and brillaint service from Emirates, I was amazed at the food and the service so I would have to agree with Sam.

I am wanting to fly Qantas A380 to the US but with the way things are we are looking at NZ later this year through Sydney.

thanks for the great pictures all, I love them.

After coming back on a delayed flight with QF yesterday, along with your (and others on this site) recommendation, I'm definitely going to try EK next time.... and if it's a 77W, then I won't mind either.

Morning all,

EK412 delayed this morning. Arrival time is just before 1200, there is a change in aircraft and this flight will be a operted a 77W. Which means it can be either a -EC block 77W the -EB block.

Hi Stefan

This morning EK 412 should be operated by a B777-200/LR , not A380 ?
