So went out and got a few shots, this morning at Imperial Hill and this afternoon on my walk to Pizza Hut I stopped for a shake at In-n-Out and grabbed some shots.

Here are some teasers, but the lot can be found at http://www.flickr.com/photos/kommiss...th/6209248835/

I am slowly captioning , so bear with me. Aircraft type can normally be found in the title.

A United Airlines 747-400 seen in United Airlines new livery, basically Continental Airlines livery and logo with United font and name

American Airlines 737-800

Lufthansa 747-400 on finals

Thanks All,

Todd.

Great Photos Todd!!! I was in a similar position to your Lufthansa photo in May, when it was high 20's and got some brilliant shots from In'n'out.. Oh, and had to get a burger whilst i was at it... Never got a chance to get to Imperial Hill, but hope to next year. Did you get to the museum around there?
JL - Mine are 18-55mm lens. This is very close, and wouldn't be surprised if that is what Todd is using...

Thanks Kieran. Did not go to the museum, inbetween photos I went driving around for the hell of it! In-n-Out have some great burgers, staff are pretty friendly there as well.

Jayden, Imperial Hill photos were taken using a 75-300mm Canon EF-S Lens, whilst the In-n-Out photos were just with the stock standard 18-55mm lens. Am waiting to upgrade my camera to something in the single digits, but for anything like a 5D I am holding out for its successor (Shouldn't be too long now) and when that happens I am going to start looking at some white lenses (And my wallet has just tried to escape).
