So with V Australia and Pacific Blue becoming Virgin Australia by year's end, what does that mean for Polynesian Blue? Being a joint venture with the Samoan government, could it perhaps become Virgin Polynesia?

Default Virgin

Looking at jayden's photos, I think the scheme does suit a smaller aircraft like the 737, rather than the bigger A330.

I'm the same. Earlier today I said I didn't like the livery. After looking at lots of photos during the day it's grown on me already!

I must admit, when the first pictures of the new scheme leaked, I despised it, but the more I see it, the more I fall in love with it. I think it screams class and elegance, much more than I can say about the Red.... I'm very impressed!

I think its a pretty good new scheme - simple but smart, efficent and also durable for our climate.

Beats the old red scheme anyway.

I think you're right. The font needs to be bigger on the A330 (as done by VS) to fill up the side of the plane.

In some lights the Virgin logo on the tail looks sophisticated as you can see the soft grey blocking. Unfortunately in very bright light the grey blocking disappears and the logo looks like a cheap logo applied as part of a short-term charter.
