By my calculations, they need the trip to go no longer than 15 hours 45 minutes. It's ambitious, but they might just make it.

Maybe, Would the fuel be cheaper at SYD than CBR as with the economy of scale at SYD it could make supplying it cheaper to the airlines. Just a thought.

It refuelled in CBR, something got stuffed up and a lot of it ended up all over the RAAF apron...
