Default 16R - shots down the runway?

Hello, can you still get to the mound referred to in the 5th photo on this page on 16right.com to take shots down 16R?

http://www.16right.com/YSSY/SpottingForeshoreRoad.htm

And if so, is it pushchair friendly?
Thanks,
Stef

Thanks Tim, yes apologies it's been a long day, you're right I meant 16L.

I'll give it a go tomorrow. Can I park on the road that leads to the fire station?

Yeah i parked on that road. I acctually got told to move my car like 5m because the pilots could see it right under the flight path. I didnt have a problem but moved it where he wanted it.

On another note.

Does anyone know if the Radar Field requires a ladder? And is it still good for photos?

Tim

A quick search of the word RADAR might help.

Not on that road, it is all restricted parking.

One security guard told me to park before the restricted parking sign, the nest time we went to the 16 mound and parked infront of the Restricted parking sign, another security guard changed the rules and told us to move.

Your best bet, to avoid any confusion, park on foreshore drive, thats probably your best option.
