So the ATR services operated by Skywest airlines will be changed to operated by Virgin Australia.
Its a pity to see another livery disappear from our skys. |

Skywest will remain as a functioning entity with its own AOC so not only will the ATRs continue to be 'VA operated by Skywest', the F100s and F50s will join them

The F50's days are very limited...

Can't say that's overly surprising. Wonder where the excess E190 capacity will go... assume EMD and/or GLT?

Every time I've flown CBR-HBA is seems to be the same people flying from SYD and having to stop at CBR. An direct evening SYD-HBA and early morning HBA-SYD service would be a good replacement.

HBA-CBR 1455-1625 x6 CBR-HBA 1655-1830 x6 That change opens the possibility of an evening direct SYD-HBA and early morning HBA-SYD mentioned by Ryan, especially given the last SYD-HBA will be 1230-1425 from this date. Checking the schedules, SYD-ROK seems to be a temporary reduction as well. |

Kain that time change is what I thought I'd seen too, but with a 1900 HBA/SYD... still doesn't help with the transits?

Yes HBA-SYD 1900-2050 x6, same aircraft as the CBR-HBA. You wont be able to fly HBA-CBR-SYD or SYD-CBR-HBA from June 24 (is this what you mean by the transits), hence operating the third HBA-SYD enabling day return travel would complete the puzzle.

Yeah that's what I meant, sorry wasn't very clear! And was also agreeing a nightstopper in HBA from SYD would be a good move. Especially as QF doesn't have one & off the top of my head not sure JQ does either
