Default Cairns china charters

Cyclone or no cyclone China Eastern and China Southern had charter flights into Cairns.

Aircraft used were

Friday 04-Feb
B-6125 A330-300 China Eastern
B-2051 B777-200 China Southern

Saturday 05-Feb
B-6086 A330-300 China Southern
B-6128 A330-300 China Eastern
B-2053 B777-200 China Southern

Was there a particular purpose of so many charters?

Cairns busy with all the Chinese charters also on the domestic side we had 4 DJ, 3 QF and 2 JQ. Its the first time I have seen 4 Virgin aircraft here at once.

BNE got your China Southern flight on the 3rd Feb.B-2052 was the aircraft that day.
