Default Refurbished A380 (MSN009) Makes First Taxi Tests

Refurbished A380 MSN009 for Emirates started taxi tests. The pictures are quite amazing seeing the new doors and windows on the old body paint.

So, google tells me it was used for test flights and engine proving - so why does it need new doors?

Perhaps they were the original doors and something needed to be changed, design or something, or possibly a contracted agreement.

Purely talking a wild guess here, but if it only flew as a test article before, would it have been fitted with complete doors (including escape slides) or would the doors have basically been just "plugs"?
