Well, if I remember correctly, someone actually asked a similar question, Brett pretty much just said, "Brisbane is still important to us there is no doubt about it but Sydney was the right choice at the time and it's a market we have seen dramatic growth recently" or something similar. I wasn't really following on the Q&A part as was busy with sms at that time
