Screening failure
She shouldn't have got as far as the jetway if the screening proceses worked properly - cabin crew shouldn't have to put up with that.
Jetlite ticket holders should be subject to individual hand luggage checks at the boarding gate before being allowed to go near the a/c. DJ are stricter with hand luggage and they have a 7kg rather than a 10 kg limit.
