Default 3rd United Flight Dec/Jan

I've been looking online and can't find any info on whether United is running a 3rd flight like they normally do over Dec/Jan.

Anyone know?

Cheers,

Ben

Given the overcapacity on the route I don't' blame them!

True Andrew,

however....

I remember a few years back the 3rd flight being a direct MEL LAX service?

I flew on the 3rd flight in both directions last year and it was close to fully booked both times. Not sure if that impacted the regular scheduled United flights though?

United also recently retired one of their 744's as well and are down to 23 so may not have the iron.....although that's an unlikely reason. Probably just too much competition on the route.
