VH-VOT is in there at the moment getting her Live2Air satellite bubble removed, I believe in preparation for painting.

26th April 2014 - VH-ZPH Returns from Alverca Maintenance.
Embraer 190 VH-ZPH departed Alverca maintenance on its way back to Australia today initially routing Alverca - Heraklion as VA9902. The aircraft will continue Heraklion - Al Bateen - Chennai - Subang - Darwin - Brisbane. The aircraft has been repainted into Virgin Australia livery.

Anybody know what E190 is next in line for repainting?

They seem to have an odd way of prioritising which aircraft should be painted next.

They repaint clean shiny red jets (eg VH-VUU / VUV etc), ahead of faded chalky things, and shameful Airline of Virgin Blue and Pacific Blue liveries.

Mackenzie, judging by the alphabetical pattern of E190 repaints I would say ZPI.

SteveS, you're right, the 737 painting order seems odd but perhaps VA want to remove the Live2Air gear first, and VUU etc never had it. I would have thought get rid of the wetlease (VUM/VUN) scheme early, then PB aircraft, and you've only got two liveries flying around, instead of four...

VA would love to repaint the faded red and the PBS aircraft. But there is a lot more to it then just putting an aircraft in a hangar for a reprint. It requires dealing with lease companies and working around maintenance requirements etc. Enjoy them while they are still in these colours, cause I'm sure when they are all gone people will complain they miss the old VB/PB colours

It actually flew back via non-standard route, Heraklion - Al Bateen - Gan Island (southernmost island of the Maldives) - Cocos Island (soon to depart) - Port Headland - Brisbane
