Virgin 1368 returning to Melbourne

Just had a Virgin 737 fly over my house low. So I checked Flightradar and it seems to be 1368 which had just taken off bound for Launceston. Descended back to 3000 and is now lining up for 34.

Just curious as to what the problem was.
