Tim I was going by this so i dunno anymore

http://www.weather.com.au/nsw/sydney/detailed

Ill get up early and see what runway is in use and then decide where to go from there. I guess if its raining Ill have to go to the Ob deck at the International Terminal and try and get a shot while she taxis. I guess the only other two options are the Beach or QF drive depending on wind of coarse. QF drive for 16R ops and Beach for 34L ops.

Can anyone tell me if the Obs deck is a good place to get a shot of her taxiing? Because i've never been there and Ive heard you have to go through a bar or something at the northern end of the terminal on the check in levels

Sadly, my work is in the wealthy end of town, close to the halls of power - but well away from the airport.
My office is ALSO in the 'weathy' end of town as well, but rest assured, I'll be getting out there (Eastern Distributer willing)!

Evening all,

I have relatives in Port headland and they sent me shot of the AN124 parked there, it arrived from Singapore with some helicopters on board. I am not sure of the rego but it is Volga Dnepr with 20 years on it..

So it is in the country.
