Default Aircraft accident Cork airport

Reports that a Manx2 operated Fairchild Metroliner crashed at Cork airport in low vis conditions this morning.

Yes, very sad.

Just saw some footage on ABC24 with the a/c on its roof. Report says 6 killed and it was the pilot's third attempt at landing.
Rescuers said they couldn't even see the crash site due to the thick fog, but did hear the crash.

All I could make out was 'TP' as the last 2 letters of the reg.
