Current schedule for HBA is summer is looking something like -

HBA-SYD JQ718 0840-1025
HBA-MEL JQ702 1000-1115
HBA-MEL JQ706 1145-1300
HBA-SYD JQ720 1255-1440
HBA-MEL JQ704 1335-1450
HBA-SYD JQ722 1455-1640
HBA-MEL JQ712 1545-1700
HBA-MEL JQ708 1735-1850
HBA-OOL JQ732 1830-2000
HBA-SYD JQ724 1935-2120
HBA-MEL JQ710 2105-2220

Most of that is last year's schedule, so subject to change is pretty likely IMHO.

You might have understated LST a bit, current schedules show a 6th LST-MEL on Mon,Fri,Sun for summer.

Still trying to work out what each port actually gets. Press release says JQ operating up to 242 services in and out per week with the changes. By my calculations, from HBA, 6 x MEL + 3 x SYD + 1 x OOL and from LST 4 x MEL, 2 x SYD and 1 x BNE adds up to 238 per week, so are these new services actually new or just re-announcements of prior summer increases? Also, confirmation on 320/321 types would be nice, since 321s currently visit HBA daily and have been trialed at LST.
