Was under the belief they’d been procured by GE for their CF6-80C2 for B767’s, can’t remember if they were for spares pool or installing on newly delivered factory aircraft. Could’ve been for FedEx planes??
Same as the engines coming off the KLM 744’s, those GE engines are in high demand for 76’s. Not sure if that was the case with -OEF. |

Despite the rumours re GE my info turned out to be correct N329ZA (ex Wunala Dreaming VH-OEJ) is being converted to a freighter, owned by KALITTA AIR LLC which are not South American

Apparently Kalita have confirmed she a spares bird so my info was wrong, at least she was my last 744 flight and I got to see her off in style in 5b
