Default Fires at Williamtown
Looks like RAAF Williamtown at Newcastle has some nasty fire activity on its boundaries right now. The airport is closed according to www.newcastleairport.com.au

Notam published a short time ago.

The fire is pretty bad, with major road closures. Reports up here on local radio, now state that the airport won't reopen until tomorrow.

Watch for the slap on the wrist. Poor little darling probably didn't know what he was doing or came from a broken home or was having a bad day or......
