Noticed today that the Kiosk check in had its screens updated mid way through the day at Canberra (Would probably have been a nationwide update), however all the Capital Airport Group screens still show Virgin Blue (And knowing them, they will for quite a while). Found it quite humourous as well that The Australian (And the Sydney Morning Herald, probably others) had a large front cover spread advertising Virgin Australia. A very clever move by VA marketing, as they are all papers that ended up on the free paper stands at Qantas terminals throughout the country.

RE ATR: I think its July the first one comes. There is a topic in the Australain Aviation on 5 new airports they may fly to with the ATR Armidale, Tamworth, Gladstone, Bundaberg and Emerald.
Also AA online says the rebranding will cost it $35 million

Was watching Getaway last night for abit, and notice that they're still plugging Virginblue.com.au for the airfares to the capital cities!

From another forum...

VH-ZHA will leave MEL tomorrow, routing MEL-CNS-SPN-KIX-PKC-ANC.
