Hi all,
Stumbled across this by accident, but it looks like SQ268 divered to DPS yesterday (Monday) SQ and Changi websites have it as being via Bali. http://twitter.com/bigjsl described it with this: "Find myself in Denpasar Bali after emergency landing. Bang, bad burnt metal smell, running hosties. #SingAir #Airbus #fail" |

It seems to be the second engine failure of Trent 700 series recently as far as i know. Hope it is not a problem of RR.
