I have checked the 787 spreadsheets and there are no S/N's shown since L/N 885 which was delivered on 12 August.

It will be interesting to see if the 787-9 non stop research flight from London to Sydney will be able to better the 20 hours 9 minutes and 5 seconds set by 744 OJA in 1989.

May have been a bit premature with this call, as there has been no movement on the spreadsheet since VH-ZNI moved to position 4 "Undergoing Final Assembly" and VH-ZNJ moved to Position 0 with "Parts Arriving, both on 11th September. Maybe someone with wider sources can comment.

It appears the websites with their spreadsheets have not been updated for a while. So individual aircraft probably are well advanced on what is currently shown. The Google spreadsheet for Boeing Test flights 747, 767, 777, 787 has not been updated since 20 August.
