Default JQ Domestic Connecting Flights

Noticed recently that JQ have added several new connecting flights to their domestic network. They have offered connecting flights on HBA-CNS, HBA-OOL and OOL-HBA for a while, but now there are more services:

NTL-CNS
NTL-HBA
NTL-LST
NTL-MKY
NTL-PER
PER-HBA
PER-LST
LST-OOL (one way only)

I wonder if any of these will receive a non-stop service in the future?

Also, JQ are offering several one-off MEL-BNK services over the next few weeks; why?

Well technically speaking there not connecting flights. Passengers still need to collect their bags after the first flight and re-check them in for the second flight. Its more just to make the booking process easier and in one booking, instead of two seperate bookings.

It's good to see JQ offering connecting flights but will they reprotect to another flight if one of the them is late? They are still marketing themselves as 'point to point' only.

If the first flight is delayed and they miss the second flight we will transfer them to the next available flight free of charge.
