Hex Code Mixup

I watched 59-1462 depart from Runway 16L this morning, a US Military Gulfstream, however this Hex Code seems to be assigned to a KC-135Q Stratotanker.

Anyone have any information ?

Could've used a false (but valid) HEX (US Mil tend to do it from time to time).
