Response to Qantas Customers Data Breach and Business Practices

I have never been a big fan of Qantas, and I'm even less of a fan of Alan Joyce.

The difference between Qantas and other airlines becomes apparent when using Qantas and another airline for connecting flights. That way, you get a direct comparison between two airlines.

Dr Andy Schmulow, an academic at Wollongong University, has made a very direct appraisal of Joyce and Qantas's performance in recent years. I found his YouTube video on the whole Qantas debacle to be one of the most honest and accurate reviews of the slimy standards of this once great iconic Australian airline:
