Default More China flights

In today's Daily Telegraph there is an article (pg16) where the Federal Transport Minister, Anthony Albanese, announced that airlines of both nations would be able to offer 18,500 seats per week (currently 14,500 seats per week) between major airports in Australia and China.
This will increase to 22,500 seats per week from February 2012.
