On reg since 08/11/22 but never operated in Oz.

ASL is set to receive a second 737-800 freighter, registration currently unknown. Ex Georgian Airlines 4L-IGT.

Reported to be VH-RAN. Currently still sitting in Prague, may head to Ostrava for paint.

Thanks, Ayden H. I was told it will be painted in Teesside International Airport (at the Airbourne Colours facility there).

If true this would be the oldest 737NG to appear on the Australian register by a considerable margin.

Not really a considerable margin. The current oldest 73NG to appear on the VH-reg was LN 817, ex Virgin Blue VH-VBA (a -7Q8). FF 28/3/01, delivered new to DJ 27/4/01, retired shortly before the 2011 rebranding. Oldest current 73NG on the VH-reg is QF VH-VXB, first flight 18/12/01.

I considered it considerable

About 600 aircraft in between them
