I hope that the tongue is firmly in the cheek, Terence. What HARS have been able to achieve is amazing for a bunch of guys from the Gong.
I was at the HARS open day on 13th Sept. and the guy showing us through the 747 (747 and A380 pilot) said that with the missing engines the plane was thrown around quite a bit in big winds, so they have had to strap down the tyres and will add engines as soon as possible. He also said the engines fitted were from a 747-200. Feel free to discuss the differences from 747 series to series. |

Any news on further engines being attached to OJA? And the engine from a 747-300 attached to OJA, is that a permanent thing or until further RB211's can be obtained?
Any info is appreciated. Thanks. |

Only one type. Some used to fly two types but not anymore.

EY will soon have all their 777 pilots dual rated and flying the 787 from time to time, currently the instructors are.
