Just went and saw the 787 and was fortunate enough to sit in the flight deck.
What a machine. Everything is so user friendly.
Bloody awesome.

Default 787 Tracking Site (yes, another one)

Hey Guys,

Would have liked to see the new bird in Sydney but too many factors preventing it (work, kids, etc.)

Found another place to track her. Please forgive me if this has already been posted. BTW...what's the orbit 3/4 of the way thru the flight? Photo opp??

Looks like a normal holding pattern Henry.
Just to fit in with the traffic flow into Sydney.
So no photo op.

I am also back from the tour - great weather this morning, perfect for photos. Love the interior.........nah, loved everything about it.

Reminder that the Boeing 787 Dreamliner departs tomorrow for Auckland at 10:00am. This should be it's last presence in Sydney with the Dream Tour unless it overflies later on.



I too also like the distinctive strobes!
