Yeah.. given the almost straight swap of 31cg with 33cg that could very well be the case.

VH-YQG (ex-YFG) has just departed on it's first RPT flight after returning to VA's fleet, operating VA1396 BNE ADL

Still no photos on Jetspotters of her wearing that rego, so FR24 still has a picture of a 717 in JQ white!

Another 9 jets for VA.. dont think there are 9 ex-VA floating around.
Current number reported is 68 in the fleet, this must include YFE (BNE) and YFJ (CRK)

Outside of that, there are 6 still in AUS (3x ex-TT) others that havent come back to the fleet, or gone to REX are reportedly to become freighters... so we'll see. Guess there are plenty of 738s floating around at the moment.

So Rex is getting 2 and Virgin 9.

Of the 6 still in Australia I'm sure they will be snapped up-which means five entirely new (second hand) 738's for Australia.

Early reports were they would end up as freighters, guess not

Will Jet Test bring them back to AU?

Probably.

Word is that the 9 are new to the fleet, coming from SE Asia, and VUI/J are heading to... Virgin.
