Anyone know why UR-CNT is making trips between Brisbane and Nadi? Due back into Brisbane at 22:00hrs.

Lots of Cargo.

2 and 3 yrs ago the same thing happened for Nauru and 3 flights by the AN12F were done then on each occasion.

I don't know whether there will be a 3rd or 4th flight or whether it goes home after the return tonight?

Ah ok. You guys must be lucky in Brisbane, being visited by AN12s once every few years with 2-3 return flights. We haven't had an AN12 in years here at Sydney

We used to have 2 based here for over a year and prior to that one based here for many years. Many many airlines have flown Russian aircraft through BNE over the past 30 yrs or so.IL-18's,IL76's etc and many based here for weeks on end.

The last AN12 movement in SYD was in Dec 2018 , there were 5 AN12 movements that year , so perhaps not as rare as you are suggesting .

JAL returns to BNE tonight after 10 years away.The next 12 weeks a freight flight will operate weekly NRT-BNE ..JAL 6751 eta 1810 hrs is JA836J a 788.
