Rowan,

seems to indicate that E190's are replacing Dash-8's

From BNE that's correct, from MEL it was 12x weekly B717 until about a year ago, then a 50/50 split of B717 and E190, and from late March is now all E190.

GFF and WGA will be two that won’t see the E190. Due to not having the required infrastructure and passenger numbers.

GFF has only just gone to the Q400 so I wouldn't think the E190 from SYD would be on the cards for quite some time. I had the same sense as you about WGA, at least from the pax numbers side, and I doubt ABX would get an E190 from SYD either given several of those services have been dropped back to the Q300.

My assumption is that, out of SYD, the likely E190 candidates are probably CFS, BNK (not every service) and maybe WTB, plus some CBR. I wonder if they might, sans Bonza, do a W-pattern SYD-WTB-MEL and return...

WTB didn’t work for AirNorth and the 170, let alone a 190!
