USAF/USN on 16right

Just saw this one 16right.com.

Anyone able to tell me what it was? or where it is?
Seems like from the flight number is a AMC flight? And that rego KC830 doesn't seem to appear on any data bases?

Hi Gerard,

Registration KC830 is a USN Boeing C-40A (165830).

There seems to be a fair bit of Navy traffic moving around these days. Anyone got any clues as to why?
