Photography from new Port area

I recently took this photo prior to arrival into Sydney:

It shows the new port facility under construction. Does anyone know if it will be possible to access this area once it is completed - looks like a great place for 34R arrivals photos.

I expect not, givent he rest of the site. I've been seeing more and more 16L34R photos taken from the boat ramp right next door though....

The Boat Ramp is great and you can even use for 34L, (when there is no heat haze), but having somewhere at the other end of 16L/34R would be great.

Indeed it would be! also for 16L departures in the morning
