It looks better in certain light, however I am still not a fan. I would have loved to have seen some purple on there, instead of a truck load of white and red (With silver highlights). Judging by the names, "Cable Beach" and "Bondi Beach" we can say goodbye to the clever names

Look at where the top of the name starts and where the bottom of the name is on the 737 and compare it to the A330 you will see it's higher up on the A330, which means part of the name is lost (and looks smaller) to the top of the aicraft. You can see the 'g' is full on the A330, but it cut on the 737 as it cuts through the windows. If it was dropped down on the A330 so the 'g' does the same (cuts the windows) then more of the name would be on the side making the name look larger and hide some of the white.

I wonder if the beach naming is the start of a theme or whether they will name new planes after popular Australian tourist destinations.

For fun, I thought it'd be interesting to have a guess at future names.

Assuming beaches:
- Bells Beach
- Whitehaven Beach
- Glenelg Beach
- Manly Beach
- Cottlesloe Beach
- St Kilda Beach

Assuming tourist destinations - Look at QF A330s as I think they use the same naming basis, Whitsundays, Yarra Valley etc

Maybe JB decided on the naming convention at QF and has brought the same model to VA.

My hormones are improving as the day goes by... because I am liking it now, thanks to seeing pics in better light. It looks clean... but maybe all new paint does lol.

My opinion: The livery looks nice and clean, however, a bit bland. What would be nice is a very light silver paint, some purple, the Union Jack thingy like on the VAustralia and the reversal of the tail colours. That way it is alot easiet to recognise, as well as looks a lot more exciting
