Default Rego Request: DJ???? 09/06/2007 SYD-LST

Hi everyone,

I was wandering if anyone knew the rego for a Virgin Blue flight i took on 09/06/2007 it was Sydney to Launceston direct (i believe Virgin dont fly direct there from Sydney anymore). Early morning flight departing around 8.00am sorry dont have the flight number either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Also another rego request which i also dont have the flight number for.
Flight was a QF flight on 15/08/2003 DEP around 8.35am SYD-CNS-Toyko.
It was on a 747 i believe it was a 300 series (not 100% sure though). We departed from the international terminal and i was only on the Sydney to Cairns leg.

Thanks,
David

Hi all,

I have done some more searching and found that the second flight i quoted SYD-CNS-Tokyo would of been QF0167 i also found these Acars records from Tokyo airport see below;

VH-EBT (B747 QFA) 1944 20030814 QF0167 (YBCS-RJAA)
VH-EBT (B747 QFA) 2123 20030816 QF0000

My question is would the same aircraft that i flew on to cairns have done the Tokyo leg? I imagine so as there wouldnt be to many 747-300 sitting at CNS.

Thanks,

Virgin have never stopped their SYD-LST direct flight. They continue to do a daily service. I think it's usually a 737-800.

Really thats strange because a couple of months ago i was on there website looking for this flight, so i could check what the flight number was for the flight i was on and the only options it was giving me was via Melbourne.

Hi,
Just updating this post after further research, I have narrowed down the below flight (QF0167) to three possibilities though more likely two.

VH-EBX --- Can’t find any records (Acars) of this aircraft around these dates so can’t rule it in or out.

VH-EBY --- Have found a picture of this in Sydney on the 16th August on Arlines.net Taxing to the gate so might be my flight returning to Sydney. Also have acars records of it doing QF0015 on the 16th below
VH-EBY (B743 QFA) 1528 20030816 QF0015 (YBBN-WSSS-LIRF)

VH-EBT ---Not Likely as it did this flight the day before and would be a mighty quick turnaround as records show QF168 arrives in Sydney around 8.30am (Happy to be corrected if wrong). Also as post above show there’s acars records of it doing the flight the day after.

So if anyone could help me narrow it down further it would be great.

Qantas Airways 747-300
QF167 (SYD-CNS-NRT)
15.08.2003
DEP SYD (Sydney) 08:35 am
ARR CNS (Cairns) 11:35 am
DEP CNS (Cairns) 12.30
ARR NRT (Narita) 18.50
(Note as mentioned above i only did the SYD-CNS sector)

Thanks,
David
