Maybe he doesn't need ADS-B exemption if he is flying below the 28000, but does he need a special license for low level ops on rooftops?
The time warping energy he uses to get to all the houses won't show up on radar surely. Whats the MTOW of his sleigh plus cargo?? Just so many questions!!!!

You guys have obviously overlooked the statutory chimney rule exemption which does not require any application - it is a standing arrangement that's been around since the Star of Bethlehem was mistaken for a laser pointer ...

Apparently Santa delivers roughly 1,829,256,297 presents to eager girls and boys all over the world. This is just a rough estimate based on the population of children in the world.
I would hate to do the Weight & Balance for that sucker, never mind the Load Sheet, Flight Plan and SAR Time. How can UPS, FedEx and DHL etc possibly compete.
