British Airways plane forced to turn back to Heathrow over 'pungent smell from toilet'
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk...-10108519.html Not sure what the PAX had been eating before flight. A No2 caused the No1 pilot to turn back. |

The amount of media coverage this event received also caused a massive stink from BA Senior Management.
In the pilot's words "liquid faecal excrement" overflowed from the toilet, but there was definitely no fault with the aircraft, both the No 1 and No 2 engines were performing normally. OH&S raising its ugly head, was the reason for the return to Heathrow.

Grahame, I think, "a massive stink" was the problem.
