Default Rego of Qantas B747-400 at Avalon

I saw the above outside the Qantas Heavy maintenance hangar on Sunday, Dec 28th, looked a lot like GE engines from a distance, hard to tell as the cowlings were open.

Anyone know the rego?

Also, from inside the Jetstar terminal I noticed the framework for 3 super-large marquees for the upcoming Avalon Airshow in March.

Are these structures permanent or are they getting an early start?

VH-EBU was still there.
