It shouldn't be too hard to flip the arangement so that you get a discount for agreeing to print your own boarding pass, and if you don't print it when you agreed to do so, they'll charge you a service fee to print your boarding pass

Heard something about this on the radio earlier. Didn't quite get the whole story but from what I can gather, Qantas and Jetstar are about to do something similar.

in 10 yrs or maybe even 5 years time maybe we won't even need boarding passes anymore, well actually we don't really need it now with the use of mobile devices.
