Canberra Plane Spotting (Images)
Looks like there was a mark on the camera but oh well, enjoy! Some of these may have been seen on other parts of the forum.
 First you see Dash 8-Q400 VH-QOT undergoing heavy maintenance at Qantaslink's Canberra base.  Next you see Qantas Boeing 737-400 VH-TJK holding short of Runway 35  Brand new (at the time) Dash 8-Q400 VH-LQG pushes back.  Virgin Australia 737-700 VH-VBM  Qantaslink Dash 8-Q400 VH-QOP touches down.  Virgin Australia 737-800 VH-YFF taxis for departure to Melbourne  Same aircraft lining up on 35  British Airway Boeing 777-200ER G-YMMP arrives carrying the Queen.  Same aircraft  Qantas 737-400 VH-TJJ taxis  Qantas 737-800 VH-VYJ arrives  Virgin's E190, VH-ZPQ  Qantas 737-800 VH-VZL arrives from Sydney jump forward a few weeks...  the same aircraft taxis for departure to Perth (the last Qantas aircraft to leave the ground before grounding I believe)  Virgin Australia ATR72-500 VH-FVL http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6228/...ae0cdbc4_b.jpg and last of all is Virgin E190 VH-ZPR holding short of runway 35.
