Dubai Air Wing 747 at LAS

At LAS we've had a visit from a Dubai Air Wing 747 for these past few days. I brought my camera to work this morning and took this shot.

I'm not sure why it's here though (unless they came to bet on the Super Bowl and are hanging around!). Dubai World heavily invested in the City Center project here, so I don't know if it's somehow related to that or not. I couldn't find anything after a quick scan of the local press. If anyone has some info, please let me know.
