Default Jetstar A330 damaged?

I was talking to a friend who is a Jetstar pilot yesterday and he told me that one of their A330's was damaged recently by an aero bridge.
He said that the bridge compensates as the aircraft is loading, but this did not happen and the door/fuselage was damaged.
I have Googled etc but have been unable to find anything. My friend did not know which aircraft was damaged. I checked JetStar Tracker and Flightaware and found that VH-EBD's last flight was Honolulu to Sydney on 27/8/2013.
Anyone have further details?

Brian

Brian, you seem to have it worked out without too much input from anyone else.
They have Qantas engineers working on it and are waiting for some parts.

Thanks Fred for your reply.
Do they flight test the a/c before it is returned to service for leaks etc?
