Virgin's new SA base: any new routes likely?

With several media outlets reporting VA's new SA base, is ADL likely to get new routes in addition to likely increased frequency and different schedules, particularly now that SA government workers will need to choose the cheapest fare on a route, rather than QF as carrier of choice?

At this stage it's only a cabin crew base, so I don't think you will see any new routes.
