I've come across the 4th Annual SimpliFlying Awards for Excellence in Social Media, and Sydney Airport features in the best emerging airport category. Nice one!

Supporting initiatives like this help drive further innovation and keep the lines of communication between airport and public open and healthy; through Facebook and Twitter etc...
A perfect recent example was Sydney Airport's Photography Competition which drew great exposure via Facebook. What a cool initiative!
