Andrew,
If you click on the aircraft icon you will get a more detailed data box, in lower corner of that data box is a little aircraft icon, click on that and it will display the complete track of that aircraft.
Reset the time on Webtrack to 7:22 PM( or so) then do that, you will see it was quite clearly a missed approach.

Cheers

Was quite dramatic - saw her on finals about 3-4 miles out and WAAAYYY too high...she tried hard to hit the glideslope but with that headwind we all agreed there was no way she would make it and she was going to go around.

Next thing you know, four trails of smoke and the nose came up and around she went.

Chris, the "Static Track" shows it all, they got down to 129m just short of the 34L threshold before they executed the missed approach.

Grahame.
Yes, I just replayed a couple of approaches and he was about 100m high crossing the beach at Kurnell and at the point he called it quits at 129m QF32 a few minutes later was at about 85m.

Cheeers

Chris

A340-500s in the mornings, and -600s on their evening flights. Two flights per day now.

My son, 5, loves the "gold plane" as he calls it. Great to see two flights a day now, and another A346 other than the Virgin Atlantic flight. Not a huge fan of the Virgin scheme.
