No these are NOT Qantas aircraft only lease via the Atlas group. The call sign Qantas is used due to the lease conditions and that Qantas has the Cargo rights to land in the said country of operation.
The crew is also leased by Qantas via Atlas and not on QF payroll directly. Qantas was going to paint the Atlas leased aircraft a few years back but decided not to due to reputation and marketing red tape if something were to happen to these lease aircraft.

Sorry for the confusion Brian. I did actually mean what you clarified; that the aircraft remain Atlas-owned and operated, but the wet-lease arrangment sees these freighters operating as QF services, rather than Atlas flights selling uplift to QF. Was a tad cloudy in my earlier post!
