Yesterday very early storms rolled in after 100% humidity.Over 90mm of rain in a few hours.Arrivals got in but no departures due to lightning nearby.

This caused massive flow delays which resulted in a que for takeoff of 17 aircraft around 0950 am.

For some reason they only used 19R for departures at that time.

At this time another 4-5 aircraft were held on taxiway Bravo not allowed to taxi off.

Have a look at Julia Flights live stream yesterday around the 0945-10am time.
